We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role requires a self-starter who can handle a broad range of responsibilities, from digital marketing and e-commerce optimization to on-the-ground community engagement and content marketing. 1. Email Marketing
- Launch and manage email newsletters, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
2. Social Media & Design Coordination
- Oversee Instagram content planning and posting.
- Collaborate with the main Korea team to provide design briefs and align on creative assets.
3. Community Engagement
- Organize parks and event activations to distribute free samples and engage with the community.
- Develop and execute programs to partner with pet shelters, converting adopters into loyal consumers.
- Lead educational initiatives to foster market maturity using creative guerrilla marketing techniques.
- Set up and manage Telegram channels to build and nurture an engaged community.
4. E-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Amazon, and Lazada, to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive sales growth.
- Analyze platform performance, recommend optimizations, and execute strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
5. Content Marketing
- Collaborate with freelancers and external content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content for our website.
- Develop a content strategy focused on lead conversion and organic traffic growth.
- Monitor content performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, community engagement, or e-commerce management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative and resourceful thinker, with a knack for connecting with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Amazon, Lazada) and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in social media management, content marketing, and basic design coordination.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Background in the pet industry and/or familiarity with pet shelters.
- Experience with guerrilla marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of community-building strategies, including Telegram or similar platforms.
- Experience in SEO and website optimization.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
