Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing clients' Social Media & Google campaigns, including strategizing, set-up, implementation, monitoring, optimisation & reporting. You will be working with the clients & our creative team to ensure campaign success.

Responsibilities
  • Improvement of core frameworks within the agency for Business Development
  • Conducting Clients’ needs analysis to understand & provide Google & Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) recommendations based on their Business
  • Able to manage campaign from end-to-end, including campaign creation, strategizing, budget planning, content brainstorming, implementation, monitoring, optimising & reporting
  • Able to set up & manage ads budget on paid media channels such as Google & Facebook (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Optimise campaign performance with analytical tools to meet specific KPIs & ensure successful campaigns
  • Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Analytics & Facebook Pixels is a plus
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively with the Sales & Creative team for client onboarding & contents creation respectively
  • Analysing statistics and providing recommendations for campaign optimisation
  • Staying ahead on social media marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year digital marketing agency experience
  • You have a diploma/degree or equivalent practical experience in related field
  • Demonstrates leadership, responsibility & positive working attitude
  • Possesses excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Professionalism in client & project management
  • You have impeccable time management skills to adhere to deliver results efficiently
  • Possess versatility to work both independently and as a team
