Job Scope:
- Website Management: Manage company group brands' websites, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Evaluate user experience (UX) and propose solutions for website experience improvements.
- Social Media Management: Review and create content for social media, engage with the company's social media community, and respond to queries and comments.
- Prepare and collate monthly website and social media performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- APP content management: Support digital solution projects by generating the right B2B content, providing operational support and setup, and monitoring online communications.
- Digital Content Creation: Develop high-quality materials including e-brochures, e-catalogs, presentations (internal and external), mobile applications, and content for the website and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Provide support for regional marketing.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned as deemed appropriate.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and website management.
- Experience managing social media platforms and engaging with customers.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other website analytics tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Digital content creator (in business), platform or automotive experience
- Strong business logic (In terms of how international brands work across regions)
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or have worked for app or system solution companies
