As our Centre Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and communicating with parents. Your responsibilities include:
1. Administrative Support
Oversee and handle essential administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. File Management
Organise both digital and physical files, keeping everything tidy and accessible.
No need to be Marie Kondo, but we appreciate a good dose of that "spark joy" magic!
3. Data Management
Love working with Excel or Google Spreadsheets? Manage student results, generate reports, and handle data accurately.
Assist in developing reports to support administrative and educational objectives.
4. Parent Communication
Help keep parents informed by sending reminders for payments, make-up classes, and other important updates.
Give parents information they need to sign up for programs.
5. Invoicing & Payments
Assist with invoicing and payment tracking.
If you’re familiar with QuickBooks, that’s a bonus, but not a requirement!
6. Front Desk Support
Be the friendly face at our front desk on the weekends, welcoming students!
Help students and parents with any questions they may have.
7. Upkeeping the Centre
Maintain our common areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner— it’s all about creating a positive learning environment!
Ensure classrooms are stocked with materials and stationery, so everything is ready for action.
Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting errors and maintaining organised records.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with parents, students, and team members.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel: Skilled in using software for document preparation, including formatting and editing. Able to efficiently organise and maintain databases to track student performance metrics.
Organisational Skills: You enjoy keeping files, folders, and spreadsheets in order.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to make things run smoothly and efficiently.
Work Schedule (5-Day Work Week)
Wednesday to Friday: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday to Sunday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Remuneration
$2000/month - $3000/month
