Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Oversee and plan all trade marketing activities, including both commercial and marketing efforts.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager.
Manage customer relations (both online and offline), respond to inquiries across all channels, and support order fulfilment.
Ensure that product information, including pricing, promotions, and stock levels, is accurate and up to date.
Design marketing collateral, such as product brochures, posters, and banners, in alignment with campaigns.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Create engaging social media content (both static and video) to boost brand and product visibility among the target audience.
Oversee e-commerce websites and online marketplaces, including creating new product listings and updating existing ones, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Handle customer relations (both online and offline), address inquiries across all touch points, and assist with order fulfilment.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Highly proficient in design tools from Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign).
Good photography, videography and editing skills.
Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
