We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive with a passion for marketing. This hands-on role involves managing multi-channel brand communication and driving sales across various ecommerce platforms.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Manage the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and execute content for SEO, email marketing, social media, blogs, and display ads
Launch and optimize online ads through platforms like Google Ads and Facebook to increase brand awareness
Contribute to SEO efforts (keyword optimization, image optimization, etc.)
Generate creative content ideas and update website regularly
E-Commerce
Create and upload new products on e-commerce sites via Shopify and other seller platforms
Plan and execute campaigns to drive sales on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, etc
Perform daily updates and edits on Shopify based on marketing and sales plans
Curate product collections, tag items, and adjust content based on weekly marketing goals
Conduct audits and improve SEO, image quality, and overall user experience
Create digital assets for driving sales on all platforms and wholesale accounts
Manage online customer inquiries and daily eCommerce operations
Ensure stock availability and accuracy across platforms
Handle order packing when necessary & other ad-hoc roles
Requirements
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Marketing Executive or similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Excellent interpersonal skills for client-customer relationship management
Self-motivated with a strong passion for achieving sales targets
Strong intuition in identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns
Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Creative content writing skills
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
