We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, and our website. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, product photography, content creation, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who is hands-on in managing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and executing online marketing strategies to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Store Management

- Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and the company website.

- Ensure product descriptions are well-written, engaging, and optimized for search.

- Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment.

Product Photography & Content Creation

- Take high-quality product photos and edit them for a professional look.

- Create visually appealing product banners and marketing materials.

- Write compelling product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.

Sales & Order Processing

- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor and optimize pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions.

- Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Customer Service & Engagement

- Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally.

- Manage customer feedback, reviews, and complaints effectively.

- Build strong relationships with buyers to encourage repeat purchases.

Marketing & Growth Strategies

- Plan and execute sales campaigns, flash deals, and promotional activities.

- Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion rates.

- Run basic online advertisements (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, Facebook/Google Ads).

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track sales performance and generate reports for review.

- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve sales strategies.

- Monitor competitors and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements:

Experience managing Shopee & Lazada Seller Centers.

Basic knowledge of product photography and editing (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and customer responses.

Experience in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, online ads) is a plus.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
