  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in the fashion, retail, or sportswear industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian retail market and distribution channels.
  • Passion for swimwear, activewear, fitness, or fashion is a plus.
