Job Responsibilities:
Preparation
Has full knowledge of company policy, philosophy and marketing strategies/plan and operates within this framework
Has thorough knowledge of company products and services and also of competitive products
Initiate and conduct company/product presentations and organize factory tours and follow up on such initiated activities
To conduct periodical review on pricing and salesforce effectiveness of the team.
To address all technical related queries from customers as and when necessary. Coordinate/liaise with superior on relevant requests and provide customers with feedback on their queries
Ensure optimal communication using detail aids, reports and other promotion aids to visually display the merits of the company products and services.
Account Management
Responsible for attainment of the assigned annual revenue/profit target, in accordance to instructions and guidelines within the Company’s policies.
Ensure product list both in width and in weight, in customer accounts.
Maintain a comprehensive and classified list of customers and on a continuing basis, update these records and Maintain customer profiles and visit records.
Project Management, including from feasibility studies to execution.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical. Possess or equivalent with technical background.
