Job Responsibilities
As an Admin Sales Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and sales support processes. Your responsibilities include:
Issuing Invoices: Prepare accurate and timely invoices for customers and ensure proper documentation.
Creating Quotations: Generate professional quotations for potential clients based on product availability and pricing.
Data Entry: Maintain organised records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory data.
Email and Call Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing clear and helpful communication.
Assisting in Sourcing Products: Collaborate with the team to identify and source products as per client requirements.
Simple Bookkeeping: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, payments, and receipts.
Logistic Support: Assist in logistic matters such as preparing DO and Stock Checking.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with pleasant dispositiom and willingness to learn
Prior experience in administrative, sales, or customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
