
Sales Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- General Administrative Work
- Sales and Business Development
Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, explaining the company's products and services, and creating proposals tailored to their needs. Understanding the market to find growth opportunities and positioning the company competitively are important tasks. Building long-term relationships with clients and expanding into new markets will also be a priority.
Engage in business development by researching potential clients and markets. Conduct business analysis to identify trends, gather customer feedback for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and creating proposals and making presentations.
Maintain positive client relationships, provide after-sales support, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Purchasing and Supplier Management
Handle international suppliers, including negotiating contracts, managing import/export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and coordinate with logistics providers. Liaise with customers in English and Mandarin.
- Prepare Invoices, Quotations, Orders
- Plan and schedule deliveries.
- Answer phone calls and ask for orders via different channels such as Whatsapp, emails etc
- Reply Emails
- Assist in document preparation and data entry
- Update and maintain inventory
- Support general office operations
- Responsible for planning and managing resources to ensure smooth operation
- Run creative and compelling digital marketing campaigns for clients across different channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and XiaoHongShu.
- Execute production of media content by conducting photography/videography sessions. Assist product photography sessions for new launch products.
