- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Expected salary: $12 - $14 per hour
1. Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including HR, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations.
2. Perform data entry, document filing, and general record-keeping.
3. Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing suppliers.
4. Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and other finance-related tasks.
5. Provide customer service support to internal teams and external clients by responding to inquiries and assisting with requests.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Monday to Friday, either morning(preferred) or afternoon
