Job Description

- Source, negotiate, and sign partnerships with regional or global top-tier partners in your categories.

- Propose deal terms to accelerate close-win rates while maintaining margins.

- Constantly build relationships with important networks by leveraging existing connections and attending industry events to secure meetings with key decision-makers.

- Continuously refresh the sales pipeline by sourcing up-and-coming players.

- Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, marketing, customer success, and local business development teams.

Requirement

- 5+ to 8+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles. B2B or payment sales and experience in internet or fintech companies are a plus (team management experience is a must for a lead role).

- Bachelor's degree or above.

- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier global/regional accounts, and exceeding sales targets.

- Success in selling to, working with, and building relationships with C-level decision-makers in global top-tier retailers, Fortune 500 companies, and business owners. An existing network in retail, e-commerce, or relevant top-tier accounts is a plus.

- Highly developed interpersonal skills with your own style—the ability to build relationships with literally anyone. High energy, passionate, and always having a hustling mentality.

- Strong desire to work in a start-up environment and comfort with constantly evolving sales processes.

- Excellent internal and external communication, organizational, and time management skills.
