Job Description:
1. Sales Support:
Assist the Supply Chain Manager in supporting the Sales Team to fulfill trade deals and order requirements. Ensure all logistics arrangements and documentation are in place for smooth execution.
2. Import & Export Documentation:
Manage shipping documentation for imports/exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and process invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the main contact for external partners (shipping/logistics companies, agents, suppliers, customers). Coordinate shipment processes from origin to destination. Work with overseas partners to track shipments, manage schedule changes, and resolve customs delays. Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation. Liaise internally to ensure timely order fulfillment.
4. Issue Resolution & Process Monitoring:
Monitor logistics operations, follow up with stakeholders to ensure efficiency. Troubleshoot shipment, transportation, or customs issues to minimize disruptions.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure import/export activities comply with customs regulations in all relevant countries. Stay informed on changes and adjust processes to maintain compliance.
6. Other Duties:
Perform tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or equivalent.
Detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) for effective stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of Singapore customs and SFA regulations.
Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.
