Electro Optic Systems Pty Ltd (EOS) is an Australian company in the business of defence, space and communications. The Singapore subsidiary, EOS Defence Systems Pte Ltd, has a Remote-Control System (RCS) Centre based in Singapore to handle the regional MRO spare parts after-sales, depot servicing and technical field services.
Reporting to the Manager, SCM (Singapore), you will have the following key responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Handle the full sales order process, including generating quotations, confirming and placing orders, following up on service activities, certification, delivery, and timely invoice activation.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, particularly for spares RFQs, spare POs, and related communications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
- Track and follow up on pending orders, backlog statuses, and payment matters.
- Coordinate with the Finance team on accounts receivable activities.
- Monitor spare parts inventory levels and initiate re-orders when stock consumption approaches safety thresholds.
- Prepare packing, as well as shipping documentation.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Regulatory Compliance teams to ensure timely shipments with accurate export documentation.
- Review and monitor Failure Review reports and Spares Non-Conformance reports to ensure they are closed promptly.
- Support both overseas and local customers by addressing urgent turnaround requirements.
- Assist in internal audits and reviews.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, SCM.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related discipline with at least 1-2 years of related working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Experience in MS office, especially in Excel; working knowledge in MRP software will be advantageous
