engineers, analysts, and UX designers who will work together to strategically prioritize initiatives, nail down
experiments, and define measurements. This cross-functional team head then connects with various other
company resources to increase engagement with IIX Digital Platforms. Formulating a solid business case for
initiatives is also critical to accessing company resources impacted by a prioritized initiative. Your scope will
include managing UX/UI and data design of IIX platforms and products. You will use agile methodologies to

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in the field of data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting unstructured data from diverse sources.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of impact investing, social finance, or related fields is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying UI/UX learning models in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to manage a team to proactively approach project and/or process issues.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in staying informed about emerging trends and innovations in data science.
