  • Analysis: Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • CRM Management: Accurately manage and update customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data within the CRM system. Utilize CRM insights to optimize sales processes, improve forecasting & continuous improvement in sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead Generation: Co-lead the lead generation process with the Marketing team, handling both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Manage complex sales cycles involving high-value deals and multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful closure and long-term customer relationships.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish key strategic partnerships within the banking and lending ecosystem to enhance market presence.
