
Enterprise Sales Director
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the banking and lending sector globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, specifically selling to C-level decision-makers in financial institutions (FI) & Non-Banking FI. This role requires expertise in navigating complex decision-making processes within banks and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with the CEO to define and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives, focusing on quantitative AI solutions for banks and lenders.
- Lead Generation: Co-lead the lead generation process with the Marketing team, handling both inbound and outbound leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities.
- Lead Nurturing: Implement performance tracking and drive continuous improvement in sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Analysis: Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- CRM Management: Accurately manage and update customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data within the CRM system. Utilize CRM insights to optimize sales processes, improve forecasting & continuous improvement in sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead Generation: Co-lead the lead generation process with the Marketing team, handling both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Complex Sales Cycles: Manage complex sales cycles involving high-value deals and multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful closure and long-term customer relationships.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish key strategic partnerships within the banking and lending ecosystem to enhance market presence.

- In-depth knowledge of lead management, reporting, and analytics.
- You possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
