Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationship with corporate clients , relocation agencies and business associates
  • Provide total account management to assigned corporate accounts to maintain and develop new business opportunities.
  • Undertake research and tele sales to identify new potential accounts. Identify and generate sales leads for business development from all available channels.
  • Utilize knowledge of local and international corporate segments to drive and support business acquisition and conversion.
  • Support the Director of Sales in maintaining business excellence and guiding the team to achieve business goals
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new business
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Represent Treetops at networking events, tradeshows and business meetings

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Display professionalism, proactiveness and enthusiastic attitude
  • Mandarin speaking will be an advantage in order to liaise with the associates/clients
