Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationship with corporate clients , relocation agencies and business associates
- Provide total account management to assigned corporate accounts to maintain and develop new business opportunities.
- Undertake research and tele sales to identify new potential accounts. Identify and generate sales leads for business development from all available channels.
- Utilize knowledge of local and international corporate segments to drive and support business acquisition and conversion.
- Support the Director of Sales in maintaining business excellence and guiding the team to achieve business goals
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new business
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Represent Treetops at networking events, tradeshows and business meetings
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented
- Display professionalism, proactiveness and enthusiastic attitude
- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage in order to liaise with the associates/clients
