Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and online travel platforms.
  • Oversee group sales, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans for senior management.
  • Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong network within the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
