Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy and drive revenue growth at resorts based in Bali and Batam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and online travel platforms.
- Oversee group sales, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans for senior management.
- Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong network within the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
