Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing for resumes, arranging of interviews, offer management, conducting of reference checks if required, etc.
Perform client visits and independently perform sales pitching, as well as negotiating business contract terms
Understand client hiring requirements and provide quality candidates for client consideration
Ensure fulfilment of revenue targets
