Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
  • Coordinate and lead interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, schedule interviews, and oversee the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential candidates, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders to support long-term recruitment goals.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Promote our brand as an employer of choice through online presence, events, and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; a knack for building rapport and evaluating potential.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
