Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Recruitment Consultant role located in. This will be responsible for growing relationships with both new and existing clients accounts, day-to-day recruitment activities, interviewing candidates, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and function effectively as part of a team.

you will work closely with the Operations Manager and HR Executive in the day-to-day activities.
you will be working on both client relationships and candidate search and management for our clients in the public sector.
Responsibilities:
Engage in the full cycle of the recruitment process to fulfil clients' hiring needs; which includes sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates (using various channels) and maintaining strong relationships with candidates during the interviewing, offering and on-boarding stages.
Identify suitable candidates from our applicant database and ATS to meet client's talent acquisition requirements.
Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
Generate and submit sales reports to the management in a timely manner.
Source prospects through multiple channels
Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Higher NITEC Certification in Human Resources, or its equivalent.
More than 2 years of experience with recruitment or sales / customer service.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Possession of CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediary) is advantageous
