Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Search Manager at Mustard. The Search Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Search: SEO strategy, keyword research,

The SEO manager will be responsible for the website's search traffic, rankings and conversion rates. With a keen eye for optimisation, they analyse the website's content, structure and performance to identify areas of improvement.

A remote working experience with increased flexibility and productivity, with less time spent commuting.

Responsibilities

  • Strong background marketing and the customer journey.
  • Experience in developing and executing SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities for clients
  • Responsible for client account management including monthly reporting and regular email check-ins.
  • Write comprehensive articles on a variety of topics with minimal supervision.
  • Able to implement feedback from clients and teammates.
  • Review link acquisition activities for clients and be aware of best practices for outreach markets and link building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to critically assess the SEO issues and propose a suitable recommendation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with working across 5-6 accounts
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Self-starter, communicative, and takes initiative.
  • Uncover new opportunities or processes for clients

Good To Have

  • Intermediate level understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools (E.g. Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, etc).
  • 2 years in SEO-related role
  • Experience creating thoughtful client reports
  • An eye for user-friendly web design
  • SEM/PPC experience
