We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, and market share. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving user growth and establishing a strong presence in the Singapore market during our app's pre-launch and initial rollout phases. This position demands a startup mindset with flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, providing data-driven insights for strategy development.

• Brand Building & Promotion: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency in marketing materials.

• App Launch Marketing: Plan and execute pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.

• User Growth: Design strategies to attract new users and increase engagement across online and offline channels.

• Online Marketing: Manage social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and other digital efforts.

• Offline Marketing: Organize and participate in events such as expos, ground promotions, and collaborations to expand brand influence.

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with merchants, media outlets, and community groups for collaboration opportunities.

• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in startups or mobile internet industries.

• Familiarity with the Singapore market, including local user habits and cultural nuances.

• Strong skills in research, strategy development, and campaign execution.

• Proficiency in online and offline marketing tools and channels.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.

• Passion for the last-mile delivery industry.

• Existing network of media or industry partners.
