Position Title: Warehouse Executive (Contract)
Environment: Air-con
Working Location: Ubi TechPark
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9am to 5.30pm)
Duration: Contract Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations: Manage and coordinate various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
2. Loading and Unloading: Perform and supervise loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling, stacking, and securing of products to prevent damage and ensure safety.
3. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the management.
4. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and report any issues or damages immediately.
5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
6. Communication: Collaborate with other departments, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Expectation:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Items weigh up to 20kg depending on customer order. Packing area air-con environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to use MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and General Computer skills
