Warehouse Logistics Associate

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handling inbound & outbound shipments at two (02) warehouses, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products in accordance with SOP.
- Verifying shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list etc. to ensure the accuracy and matches physical
- Coordinating with shipping carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries. Following up thoroughly on the shipping status and update the respective teams: Account manager/ Project team.
- Follow up on the shipping documents with the carriers to ensure obtaining the necessary documents for filing and audit purposes.
- Conducting daily cycle count and rectifying if there are any discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Any other tasks assigned by management
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Possess a growth mindset, demonstrate teamwork, and able to handle work pressure.
- Having experience working in warehousing and international Logistics preferably minimum 3 years; especially some fundamental knowledge about Dangerous Goods shipment.
- Strong background in inventory control, with the ability to manage and track inventory accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective Time management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in operating a pallet jack, reach truck/forklift, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
