WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Handling inbound & outbound shipments at two (02) warehouses, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products in accordance with SOP.
  • Verifying shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list etc. to ensure the accuracy and matches physical
  • Coordinating with shipping carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries. Following up thoroughly on the shipping status and update the respective teams: Account manager/ Project team.
  • Follow up on the shipping documents with the carriers to ensure obtaining the necessary documents for filing and audit purposes.
  • Conducting daily cycle count and rectifying if there are any discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Any other tasks assigned by management

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Possess a growth mindset, demonstrate teamwork, and able to handle work pressure.
  • Having experience working in warehousing and international Logistics preferably minimum 3 years; especially some fundamental knowledge about Dangerous Goods shipment.
  • Strong background in inventory control, with the ability to manage and track inventory accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective Time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience in operating a pallet jack, reach truck/forklift, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
  • Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
