  1. Sales Management:

    • Manage and expand sales channels, including Modern Trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), Micro businesses, B2B, and Trade Marketing.

    • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.

    • Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales.

    • Explore potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the customer base.

  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

    • Understand customers’ business needs and goals to recommend tailored solutions.

    • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong partnerships.

  3. Sales Strategy and Analysis:

    • Develop and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

    • Analyze costs, competition, and market demand to establish competitive selling prices.

    • Estimate sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.

  4. Delivery and Operations:

    • Deliver vegetables and other products to customer locations promptly and professionally.

    • Ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of goods during deliveries.

  5. Debt Collection:

    • Follow up with customers to collect payments in a timely manner.

    • Maintain accurate records of payment schedules and outstanding debts.

    • Work collaboratively with the finance team to resolve payment disputes.

  6. Administrative Duties:

    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

    • Maintain updated customer and sales records using CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or agriculture-related industries.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess own transport and valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore for deliveries.
