Outdoor Sales Executive

- Expected salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
Sales Management:
Manage and expand sales channels, including Modern Trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), Micro businesses, B2B, and Trade Marketing.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales.
Explore potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Understand customers’ business needs and goals to recommend tailored solutions.
Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong partnerships.
Sales Strategy and Analysis:
Develop and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Analyze costs, competition, and market demand to establish competitive selling prices.
Estimate sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
Delivery and Operations:
Deliver vegetables and other products to customer locations promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of goods during deliveries.
Debt Collection:
Follow up with customers to collect payments in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of payment schedules and outstanding debts.
Work collaboratively with the finance team to resolve payment disputes.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Maintain updated customer and sales records using CRM systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or agriculture-related industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport and valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore for deliveries.
