Summary of Position:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our expansion plan through new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be acquiring new F&B customers for offsite centralised dishwashing. You will also be responsible for a new sector – Facility Management, especially in the areas of Premise/Office Cleaning. You will need to be able to quickly acquire new customers, direct operations, and ensure a fast-growing sales revenue pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Able to bring in sales/customers in a very short period. Achieve fast growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to grow the FM/Cleaning sector.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise, especially in the F&B and cleaning sectors.
