  6. Build long-term, trustworthy, and collaborative relationships across all levels within customers' environments.
  7. Establish rapport and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  9. Demonstrate adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  10. Exhibit excellent active listening skills.
  11. Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT/Engineering or Business Administration.
• Ideally, have 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales.
• Self-starter with energizing customer interaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Positive problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change.
• Strong organizational skills.
