Manager Asset Management (Real Estate)
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s real estate portfolio to optimize income performance, tax efficiency, expense control, and market positioning.
- Supervise property management and maintenance, either directly or through external managing agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to boost occupancy rates, develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies, and handle lease negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants.
- Conduct market research to assess product positioning and pricing competitiveness.
- Prepare and oversee budgets and reports, covering asset financial performance, tenant matters, and leasing status.
- Manage annual property valuations and insurance policy renewals.
- Ensure property data in Yardi/SharePoint is accurate and up to date.
- Support development projects at all stages, including business development, financial and technical feasibility analysis, tenant proposals, and implementation.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management, specifically in industrial real estate portfolios.
- Strong expertise in real estate markets, property valuation, and financial modeling.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure effectively
