The ideal candidate will play a critical role when it comes to supporting of acquisitions, asset management, and development activities. Responsibilities:

Site Evaluation and Market Analysis

  • Perform detailed property assessments, incorporating on-site evaluations and market analysis.
  • Analyze demographic, economic, and traffic data to guide strategic site selection decisions.
  • Review and interpret zoning laws and local regulations to ensure property compliance.

Financial Feasibility and Lease Negotiation

  • Successful lease agreements, financial performance, and cost management.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis for potential sites.
  • Negotiate lease terms to meet financial and operational objectives.
  • Manage lease agreements and renewals across the real estate portfolio.

Strategic Market Expansion and Project Management

  • Timeliness and quality of project completions and strategic market entries.
  • Identify high-growth areas and emerging markets for new store locations.
  • Lead expansion strategy by collaborating with the business development team.
  • Secure prime locations to support business growth objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end property acquisition process, from site selection to lease negotiation.
  • Manage project timelines for property renovations and new store setups to ensure successful openings

Reporting and Documentation

  • Accuracy and completeness of reports and documentation.
  • Compile reports on site assessments, financials, and market research.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site activities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in property assessment, leasing and real estate operations. Preferably with a focus on the food and beverage industry.
  • With professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) preferred.
