Job Overview:
As a Fulfilment Specialist at FITO, you will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. Your role will involve picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery while maintaining an organised and efficient workspace. This position is open to housewives, foreign students, students, and retirees who are hardworking and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy and care.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory checks, and replenishing shelves.
- Packaging: Ensure orders are securely packaged, labelled, and ready for dispatch.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Workplace Maintenance: Keep the fulfilment area clean, safe, and organised.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Hardworking and reliable, with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages.
- Prior experience in fulfilment or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required.
