- Input information from spreadsheets into Salesforce (or other systems of records) to track adherence to deals, cost reliefs or other needs.

- Possible engagement and collaboration with (not limited to) Hong Kong, Taiwan, global key account stakeholders with presence in China.
- Other ad-hoc projects as required.
- Degree holder with any related field or equivalent.
- Ideally 1+ years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales engagement and processes.
- Positive attitude along with a passion for the business and data.
- Experience with end-to-end sales processes and tools.
- Able to translate ideas and requirements from sales leadership into a documented process with defined timelines.
- Engage relevant resources to turn requirements into tangible programs that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Excellent communications skills in Chinese language, minimum O Level Chinese A2 or equivalent, to liaise with Chinese speaking clients to coordinate decisions across multiple stakeholders.
- Able to articulate sales operations practices - channels, inside sales, presales, renewals, compensation, etc
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Clari and CPQ tools are a plus.
- Comfortable working with diverse global counterparts.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives in varying size and scope simultaneously.
- Self-Directed individual who will seek out information as needed to achieve the right outcomes.
- Comfortable operating with limited resources and doing hands on work to get the job done.
