Sales & Operations Specialist
The Sales & Operations Coordinator will support sales activities, manage order fulfillment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support:
• Assist in processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients on order specifications, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
• Support business development efforts by preparing sales reports and presentations.
Operations & Logistics:
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate stock movements and inventory updates, including online partner portal updates.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipping, import/export, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage supply chain issues to prevent delays or disruptions.
Customer Service & Coordination:
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales support.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Administrative & Process Improvement:
• Assist in improving sales and operational processes for better efficiency.
• Maintain records for audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
