Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing F&B daily operations including the operations of restaurant
  • Deliver F&B services in accordance with the departmental standards
  • Plan and arrange staff schedule in accordance with available resources and manpower
  • Assist in overseeing the preparation works in the dining hall for events and activities (e.g. table/ banquette setting etc.)
  • Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet objectives
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure F&B team maintain good standards of personal appearance and hygiene
  • Assist Team Lead in constantly improving F&B work processes and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support administrative tasks (e.g. purchasing order, invoice processing etc.)
  • Comply with workplace safety and health guideline

Job Specifications

  • Qualification: GCE N-Level
  • Year(s) of Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to multi-task, Attention to details
  • Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s)
  • A team player with positive attitude and able to adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit to lift and carry goods
  • Possess Food Safety Level 1 certificate will be of an advantage
