We are looking for a motivated and details-oriented Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our team as we expand our go-to-market strategy for gas water heaters across Singapore. What You Will Be Doing:
Order Management
Confirm and compile purchases from various sales channels (eg online platforms, direct sales and resellers)
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
Scheduling and Co-ordination
Arrange installation dates with customers and co-ordinate with installation teams
Ensure smooth execution of schedules and handle any changes or updates efficiently
Customer Engagement
Collect customer feedback to help improve our services
Address and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally
Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
Data and Reporting
Work with large datasets to analyse trends and improve operational efficiency
Prepare reports and insights to support sales and customer service improvements
General Support
Assist with any ad hoc tasks that contribute to the success of the sales team
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in any field
Experience in sales support or customer service preferred. Those without experience are also welcome to apply
Proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively
Comfortable working with large datasets and proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets or other data platforms
Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools be advantageous
Flexible, resourceful and able to handle challenges independently
Company shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off point at Sembawang MRT station.
