  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,200 - $3,600 per month
  • This role is an urgent hire

  • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts,communicatewith customersregarding outstanding balances

  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledger to ensureaccuracyand completeness

  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within theaccountsreceivable function

  • Department admin & ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

  • Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.

  • Handling staff claims.

  • GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.

  • Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.

  • Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions&assignments given.

  • Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely & accurate month end closing.
