Responsibilities:
1. Support the Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Department. Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
2. Oversee the effective operation of the office, balancing members' needs with the objective of generating revenue from golfing activities.
3. Supervise Operations Assistants and customer service officers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the department.
4. Ensure that customer service officers and Operations Assistants are present to provide service during course hours.
5. Assist in training available staff reserves to efficiently support golf operations, while continuously improving labor cost per employee.
6. Aid in the administration and management of SGA/SLGA-related events held at the office
7. Support the planning, organizing, and preparation of tournaments hosted at the office
8. Attend meetings as required, including:
- Green Sub-Committee Meeting
- Ladies Sub-Committee Meeting
- Annual Seletar Charity Open Meeting
- Disciplinary Sub-Committee (DSC) Hearings
9. Assist in ensuring that members are able to complete their Workshops and Courtesy Rounds within the approved time frame.
10. Prepare and maintain monthly golfing statistics.
11. Support the execution of corporate events and partnership programs aimed at increasing revenue for the office.
14. Maintain and update the Department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
