工作环境:冷气空调房，无油烟，门店环境优雅，以技术和服务为主的专项门店。

营业时间：12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
招聘职位：
刨冰/饮品调配师（兼职）
和果子学徒（兼职）
和果子师傅（全职，欢迎有经验伙伴加入）
全职福利：
1. 起薪 $2000，每月休息 4 天，做 6 休 1。
2. 每天工作 10 小时，享有 1 小时餐饮休息时间。
3. 带薪年假从第二年起 7 天，每年增加 1 天。
4. 表现优异（产能及服务意识）者奖励。
兼职福利：
1. 起薪 $8（无和果子经验者），有经验者/日本培训证最高可达 $13，并有机会转为全职或晋升。
2. 提供学习日式甜品制作的机会。
3. 兼职满一年，从第二年起享有按工时计算的带薪年假，折入工资中。

Full-Time Benefits:
1. Starting salary: $2,000, with 4 rest days per month (6-day workweek).

1. Starting pay: $8/hour (for those without experience), up to $13/hour for experienced candidates, with opportunities for promotion to full-time roles.
