Position Overview:

The Regional Pre-Sales Manager (PSM) supports sales efforts by taking on a technical role in complex solutions. The PSM works closely with sales and technical support teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and are supported by technical decision-makers. They also promote solutions to regional partners, end users, and industry consultants.



Job Duties:

Provide consultative support to regional partners’ technical teams, including product presentations, demonstrations, training, and knowledge tests.
Collaborate with sales teams and partners on current and potential projects.
Assess and qualify technical solutions to meet customer requirements, recommending optimized solutions.
Act as a technical solutions evangelist at customer-facing events and trade shows.
Position product offerings within high-level solutions for various vertical applications.
Identify business development opportunities within partners and customer firms.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in the IT or AV Broadcast industry in a pre-sales or technical role.
Knowledge of IT networking, display management solutions, and matrix signals routing solutions.
Experience in a similar technical role.
Positive attitude towards building long-term business relationships.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
Ability to articulate business benefits and values of technical solutions.
Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.
Affinity for both sales and technology.
Willingness to travel.
