- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff (onsite and remote).

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with firewalls, antivirus, backup solutions, and system monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) preferred
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) preferred
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
