  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with firewalls, antivirus, backup solutions, and system monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) preferred
  • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) preferred
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
