Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand values. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will ensure they have a positive shopping experience while supporting the daily operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales:
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and upselling products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Replenish stock and merchandise displays according to store standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking.
- Point of Sale (POS):
- Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills for operating the POS system.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
