Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and devices.
  • Document support requests and maintain records of issues and their resolutions.
  • Assist in the setup and integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Provide training and support to users on new software applications and systems.
  • Monitor and respond to requests made through helpdesk systems.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
