Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and devices.
- Document support requests and maintain records of issues and their resolutions.
- Assist in the setup and integration of new technologies and systems.
- Provide training and support to users on new software applications and systems.
- Monitor and respond to requests made through helpdesk systems.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
