  • Project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
  • Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
  • Execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery.
  • Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
  • Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved. Assisting the Customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
  • Diagnose and rectify technical issues.
  • Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents. Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports.
  • Perform standby duties if required.

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
  • Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.
  • Possess CCNA / CCNP certification (Preferred but not essential)
  • Good Knowledge of following products will be advantageous: Cisco switches, IXIA, NTP, SMS Gateway, Data Diode, F5, Solarwinds
  • ITIL certification will be an added advantage
  • 5 day week @ AMK area
