Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in applying for Employment Pass (EP) and other work passes via MOM portal.
- Handle inquiries and correspondence with MOM regarding work passes and other HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding the onboarding process, document collection, and compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with hiring teams and external stakeholders to streamline HR operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR administrative roles, particularly in Singapore's employment and MOM compliance processes.
- Familiarity with the MOM portal and EP application procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized in managing administrative tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in supporting recruitment teams.
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations.
