
HR Manager, Group Shared Services (Public Healthcare)
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Salary: Up to $7500 with AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities:
- HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services that include probation confirmation, employee transfer, redesignation, conversion of employment contract terms, retirement and re-employment.
- Driving HR system enhancement and projects that leverage on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
- You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team.
- Ensure that the work processes are carried out in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, and the documentation of these work processes are in place and kept up-to-date.
- Responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and process streamlining.
- Actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from the HR community.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Management & Administrative preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience with 5 years of HR Operations experience and with in-depth knowledge of employee life-cycle administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people-manager role.
- Prior HR shared services experience in large scale corporations is preferred.
- Knowledge of RPA or MS Power Automate and prior hands-on experience in implementing technology-related projects or tools will be an added advantage.
- Interested in exploring technological system solutions.
