We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Board Secretariat team. Reporting to the Head of Department (HOD) and Senior Assistant Director, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the Board Secretariat and its associated functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the calendars of the HOD and the Board Secretariat (Board Sect).
Coordinate and provide administrative support for meetings and events organized by the Board Sect.
Organize departmental retreats, workshops, welfare events, and course registrations with vendors.
Handle claims submissions, vendor invoice processing, and procurement processes, including Directors’ claims for air tickets, accommodations, and subsistence allowances.
Provide logistical and administrative support for Board Sect activities.
Perform any other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in large organizations with exposure to secretarial and project coordination roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
