About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This position is primarily remote, but will require regular in-person meetings for collaboration and planning. You’ll assist with everything from data entry and invoicing to building itineraries and organizing client information. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced, and fun environment with lots of room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain data in client and vendor databases
- Assist with client invoicing and payment tracking
- Support the creation and formatting of travel itineraries
- Help manage communication with clients and partners
- Attend regular in-person team meetings and planning sessions
- Contribute ideas and support for new travel offerings and business development
- Maintain organizational systems and help streamline workflow

- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (experience with travel industry software is a plus!)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
