· Manage daily administration, documentation, and coordination.
· Organize and maintain records and data efficiently.
· Prepare documents for incoming stock, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
· Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
· Preferable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
· Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
