Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of materials and supplies.
- Maintain and organize company records, filing documents, and updating databases.
- Assist with invoicing and billing, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Handle inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained for production.
- Support the sales team with customer orders, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level or Form 5 qualification; relevant administrative qualifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Salary range: SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,600 per month
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
